Audit reports become public documents once submitted to the House of Assembly. Copies can be requested through our Contact Us page or in person at our office.

How do I report suspected financial irregularities?
You may report suspected fraud or financial irregularities through our Whistleblower channel or by contacting the Office directly; all reports are treated with confidentiality.

Which organisations does the Office audit?
We audit all Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Adamawa State, Local Government Councils, and any body funded from public revenue.

Audits are conducted annually in line with the Office's Annual Audit Plan, with special audits carried out as the need arises.
